How can investors qualify for the UAE Golden Visa?

There are three public-investment routes to the 10-year Golden Visa: a deposit of at least AED 2,000,000 in an accredited investment fund, company capital of at least AED 2,000,000, or a business paying at least AED 250,000 a year in federal tax.

Investment fund

A deposit of at least AED 2,000,000 in an accredited UAE investment fund or in a UAE national bank.

Company capital

Company capital of at least AED 2,000,000 that you own, or a partner share worth at least AED 2,000,000.

Federal tax

Own or partner in a business that pays at least AED 250,000 a year in federal tax.
